TRAINING PROCESS
Errand Plus & Personel Service Ltd., invests considerable time and resources into the training and development of our staff
Phase 1 - Training
Mandatory training covering aspects of providing quality care to ensure the needs of the service user are met.
Phase 2 - Shadowing
Gain hands-on experience through shadowing shifts, and receive continuous support with regular contact with your assigned Care Coordinator. Learn and develop from working with your fellow Care Support Workers.
